And once again I will modify my review. After a couple of rains (enough that in the past I would have had water in my basement) my problem appears to be fixed. If you have issues with Tillotson's give the office a call. Once I talked with Gene, he did an awesome job of working with me and working to solve the issue. He has been in contact with me to see how things are going!I am modifying this review! After my initial review I received contact from the owner multiple times. He was very professional and is working to solve the problem. He has gone above and beyond to do this and has apologized numerous times for how things were handled (communications).
