Russ's Market is a very nice grocery store; it's my go-to in town. The place has a friendly atmosphere, is always very well supplied, and includes excellent sales. The food here is great, I like to stop by either on break or after work to get a bite to eat from one of their meals.
One day, Matt (Pharmacist) persistently went above and beyond at finding a solution in regards to one of my medications that i was having some issues with. While being provided this satisfactory customer service, i was able to observe how extremely busy the pharmacy was. This experience confirmed to me the dedication to care and well-being the pharmacy staff has towards its customers. Sarah (Pharmacist), Joelle, Ashley, and the rest of the staff, always provide me 5 star service with a smile!-)
Rose from floral was amazing and we were able to get beautiful white roses for our wedding needs when our shipment from another shop fell through. Thank you, thank you so much! Five star experience!
