While the employees are nice, there are many issues with this location:They do not regularly monitor the spray tan booths to ensure the booths are properly full which results in a light and/or nonexistent spray tan. Common sense would suggest you check the quantity when opening/closing the store but that does not seem to be happening. The second time this happened to me I waited till 11:15am on a Friday for someone to show up (they state their hours are 11am to 4pm Monday through Friday) but no employees came in.
