I ordered the Dish Garden plant for a family for the loss of their loved one. Bob Sass was easy to order from online (as I live out of state), they delivered on time and the plant was received when someone was home to accept it. I appreciate the extra mile to ensure their were home so it didn't have to sit out in the cold. Excellent customer service.

Hello Amy and staff at Bob Sass Flowers & Gifts. I just wanted to let you know how extraordinarily beautiful the flowers were for a dear friend’s Celebration of Life service yesterday. I expected them to be and yet my breath caught as I viewed the vivid fall colors that were used and the details in the arrangements. I have a rose with me and it is extra-ordinary in coloring.She was one of my best friends. Thank you for taking so much time and care in serving those who are hurting.
