Not only did Darin and Dillon do a great job on the cleaning, they were also able to fix the recirculation device, something separate from the tankless unit, that hadn't been working for a long time. All was done in a timely and professional manner. So pleased with their work that I signed up for their Dragon Club membership. “On a Sunday morning, I went to my basement and found water . Called Mr. Rooter because they do emergency repairs. Technician scheduled showed up early. After assessing the situation, he told me what he thought was wrong and what he would do. He also told me of the possibility of several different outcomes and what to expect with each. He then proceeded and it was the easiest to fix problem. He cleaned up and was actually gone prior to the original arrival time. Izzy was his name and he was very informative.“

“Andrew snaked 2 drains and we talked about what could be causing the clog in my new to me house. After the snaking I’m able to run the washing machine without flooding my basement bathroom, though snaking may be a temporary fix. I also asked him to install my dishwasher and he went above the request and fixed the plumbing under the kitchen sink so all the parts were properly fitted together. Pricing felt very fair, all discussed upfront before work started, gave a low price and a high price for the snaking and flat fee for dishwasher install. Andrew also wore booties while inside my house and cleaned up after himself! 10/10 would recommend and definitely use again.“
