Jimmy was on time, sent his picture in advance and was very professional. Removing pet urine stains and water stains on the basement carpet were his task. He assessed the situation, gave me a fair quote and went right to work. Afterwards, it looked practically brand new. I will call them again. Thanks Jimmy.
