Diamond Flush 💍 We had our 2 year old flush my wife’s wedding ring down the toilet. A cardiac arrest near miss. I called Sewer Rooter and Plumbing and had Brady come on out. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. Nothing he hasn’t seen before. He took his camera down, located, and fished out my wife’s ring. The service was excellent, 5 out 5 stars would recommend to anyone.
We had every homeowners nightmare: sewer line broke and we had 4” of sewage and floating feces in the basement. It was after hours and we left a message. This great bunch of guys came out early the next day, tried to snake the line and discovered it was broken. They worked with my insurance and had us back in the house quicker than I expected. The team at Sewer Rooter are top notch. My hot water heater was having an issue, after doing dishes and getting a shower in it would take almost all day for the water to heat back. So we called a different plumber initially( Herman), after diagnosing it they thought it was the burner. So they special ordered a new one and a week later came out and replaced it, but it was still having the same issue. The guy says well we can keep throwing parts at it or we can just replace it. He also said you might wanna get your gas pressure checked with Northwestern which we did and it was fine. We still had to pay for the part and with labor it ended up being 500$ for that. So the wife and I said send us a quote and let us think about it. The quote ended up being 1800$ for a new one. Well I started thinking I remember Sewer Rooter doing some work at one of my past jobs and them doing good work. So I called them and talked with the receptionist and she gave my details to Brady who called me back within an hour. He started asking questions and was having me send him some pictures so he could try and get an idea of what my issue was. He had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and asked if he could stop by the next day and gets some eyes on it. He stops by the next day and within 5 minutes he knew exactly what the issue was. It was the gas line inside of the house, it was an old copper style line and it wasn’t getting enough gas to the water heater. He couldn’t believe that the other guys( Herman) didn’t even check out this solution. So he replaced the line within and hour and everything was working just like it should. Brady and his team are very stand up, honest, hardworking people. They are not looking to upsell or sell you anything you don’t need. We will be using Sewer Rooter for any pluming needs in the future.
