Great experience I have to say they redeemed themselves from my first appointment I had with them, but I wish they would’ve sprayed a little more. Gonna have to call them to see if they can spray a little more. Customer service was phenomenal. I recommend them to anyone who is having pets problems. ??

Scott Lewis was the service man assigned to our place for an inspection due to our farmhouse starting to experience issues with minor mice breach. He was late due to other jobs taking longer than expected, but was very communicative about his ETA and made sure that it was still doable for our schedules. We had great experiences with both young men, Kafani Williams, Sales Associate & Jared Renk, Orkin Technician, who worked with us to mitigate a minor bat infestation. Today had follow up service appointment w/ Service Manager, Larry D. who invested considerable time with additional caulking and bat re-entry prevention measures. Excellent, comprehensive service!
