Called to schedule an appointment and Cheryl was very rude. Refused to schedule me because I had an old bill I wasn’t aware of and told me to find a new dentist. When I tried asking about the bill she hung up on me.

Won't accept medicaid. Lady was very rude on the phone when I called to ask if their office accepts Medicaid and why they don't. Would not give me an answer. Not sure what the problem is in the city of Grand Island dentist not accepting medicaid. It valid insurance.... Is it the dentist think they are too good to help people who get insurance assistance?
