Platte Mechanical dropped what they were doing and helped a new customer out of an emergency break down! They helped us at 30 Bowl immediately to get our roof top AC unit back up and running. We are very impressed and greatful for thier prompt service for a brand new customer!

Heat pump went out on holiday weekend. They responded quickly and came first thing this morning and we are fixed! This family owned business has been my go to for all plumbing, heating and heat pump issues since 2011. Not only did this company give me an amazing price on repairing my sewer , I also hired them to replace my Furnace and A/C. I was especially impressed when the owner personally checked in on how I like my system. They really take the time to show they care and I appreciate their professionalism. From now on I will only use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.
