I tried a free one time session today after my friend told me so many wonderful things. Immediately after, I joined up and am so excited to have this in my life. After not going to a gym for like....6 years, I was afraid to go back. I really don't like working out, let alone doing it while other might be watching. I love that I can book my session on the app and have a private experience if I want to. The ladies there are so welcoming and lovely to chat with. Not an ounce of anxiety, no waiting to use machines or equipment. And the sauna is seriously like mental therapy for me. I'm obsessed after only one session and I cannot wait to get back in for my next.

Amazing atmosphere staff so friendly!! Love the 24 hour access. I love all the benefits with working out in saunas. Get my workout in and all the other health benefits that comes with the inferred heat.

Hands down the best gym experience I've ever had! Hotworx has helped me lose about 75 lbs over the year and a half I've been a member. The privacy of the individual saunas creates a relaxing & inviting workout space. It's a low-pressure environment and it's 24/7. You can make it as hard or as easy as you want, so it's great for any fitness level! Cannot recommend this gym enough.
