The technician, Mike, was quick and efficient, taking only 30 minutes to an hour to fix the problem. Another customer needed warranty work done on their water heater and was pleased that Everly was able to come out the same day. They found the company to be kind, professional, and reasonably priced. A third customer needed a shut-off valve installed behind their fridge for a new fridge delivery. Although they initially had trouble getting a plumber to come out quickly, Everly was able to send a technician, Rod, within minutes of their call. Rod was able to disconnect the line and connect the new fridge, saving the day for the customer.
