My 14yr old son and I have followed Crossfit for years. Stopped after a track meet in Fremont one night to check out Kohana. Jake the owner was there. Very friendly. Gave us a tour and shared with us the option to drop in as available. We've made the drive on Saturday mornings for class multiple times now. It has been great everytime. Knowledgeable coaches, great atmosphere, and a variety of fitness levels and clients make it real easy to fit in.
The best gym and workout experience I have had since college. The Owner is dedicated and extremely passionate about his clients and gym. It has changed my life in a positive way and I would recommend to anyone interested.
