Overall experience is usually good. Mechanics are very knowledgeable. Guy in the corner office isn't too outgoing, or friendly. That happens when one inherits the business. Reminds me of Tomboy at Callahan Brakes.

We were passing through Nebraska and had the check engine light come with reduced power message. After getting the engine code read, Armbruster was the nearest location to get the suggested part. When we arrived at the dealership, I asked to have their mechanic (Tyler) check the code with his computer. He spent about 10 minutes checking engine operation and determined that we didn't need the part indicated and cleared the error. He also explained what he did was doing with his computer. We were quickly on our way again. Thank you to Tyler and the staff at the parts and service counters for prompt, friendly assistance to get us back on the road. I travel full-time. I was in WI and needed a part. Called several out of state dealers due to the fact that no-one in WI had the part. I had the privilege of having Melinda D, in parts, work with me. I needed the part overnighted and she got all of the information with a price total. She called me back and we completed the transaction. When she got a tracking number, at my request, she contacted me with the information. I originally had purchased the part from another dealership, had a tracking number, but they never got it to the shipper. So now, I am needing it overnight. Because the other dealership didn't keep their word, it is costing me twice the amount. Melinda D did an excellent job, kept her word and am very pleased with the whole transaction.
