I see the physical therapist there named Nichole and she is a very big help with my back issues. She really cares. She doesn't make you feel like you're a waste of her time. That helps a lot knowing that it's not just a job for her. She really cares how I am while I'm there and when I leave. Thank you Nichole. You're an awesome person. I appreciate everything you do for me.
Always clean and well maintained. Has a variety of machines and weight equipment for different types of exercise. The pool is kept at a warm temp, which is good for young kids. Offers exercise classes for all levels. The Zumba class is really fun!
I don’t know how I was unaware of this very nice local gym for so long, My coworker showed me the gym here and I visited for the first time today. The lady at the counter gave me the day pass for free and 2 extras and that was a great way to make money because the kindness and basically free trial is what made me decide to commit to a membership. I’m also getting my fiancé a membership too. Super nice, lots of equipment, nice locker rooms and variety of workout machines provided.
