While back home visiting my mom, my back completely tightened up one night while sleeping and I was nearly immobile in my upper body. Dr. Seim, "Jackson", fielded the phone call himself and was able to get me an appointment the same day. He also happily talked me through insurance questions with my out of state coverage (usually doctors won't talk to you about $$ at all with the fear they might give wrong information and it was really refreshing for him to be "real" with me). The office is new and welcoming, the front desk staff very nice. Jackson saw me right away and made a lot of progress on the first visit. He as very thorough and explained what he was working through and why. Because I was so locked up, I had to return 3 days in a row and had an equally great experience each time. You wouldn't imagine that it was a pleasure to go to the chiropractor but it really was! Thanks for all of your help!!!
