From Sculpt Studio
The Sculpt Studio is a high intensity, low impact workout that focuses on muscular strength and endurance. Our workouts combine strength, core, cardio, endurance, balance, and flexibility within each class and are suitable to all levels of fitness. At The Sculpt Studio we offer two different class types. A 50 minute Megaformer class which is a full body workout that brings the most challenging elements of pilates and combines them with strength training. Our second class type is a hybrid which consists of 25 minutes on the Megaformer and 25 minutes on the Woodway Curve Treadmill, taking it to a whole new level of intensity.
I have so many wonderful things to say about this studio, the teachers, the owner, and the overall experience. I’ve done a variety of workouts and Lagree is one of my favorites because the slow, controlled movements are way easier on my joints but I am SO SORE the next day. I have noticed a major difference in my posture and overall muscle tone, I wish I would have started this sooner!And then the staff and owner (Sarah) are some of the kindest human beings I’ve had the pleasure getting to know. I love that I get to spend a few hours each week with this amazing group. 10/10!
I have been going to Sculpt for over a year now and I couldn't love a workout more. It has made me stronger & more in shape. It is the best workout I have ever done & I love all of the staff and people I get to connect with when I am there too! :) I would recommend Sculpt Studio to anyone!
