I highly recommend going to see Kate at Massage Medical. I was long overdue for a deep tissue massage and the relief I got after just one treatment is amazing. I have some serious lower back pain and I have never allowed anyone to massage my lower back until Kate. She ensured to always check in on how I was doing and asked about the pressure. Most importantly she made sure to warm up the muscles very slowly and ease into each area to get the best result. I came in with severe numbness in my leg and I can report that after 24 hours the numbness has lessened and I am feeling like a million bucks! Self-Care is so important and I will definitely be going back!

It's hard to put into words how much you NEED a massage until you have had a massage. It's not just a self care day kind of thing but a much needed therapy. I cannot recommend Massage Medical enough, especially if you're a desk dweller like myself. Everything that is causing you pain is most likely tied to your muscles betraying you (aka us sitting all day) and Kate knows exactly how to relieve that pain! My girlfriend and I had such a great experience for our first massages. I forgot to tell her a couple of my trouble spots and she somehow found them and worked her magic. She made sure we were comfortable so we could completely enjoy our experience. We cannot wait for our next appointment!!!
