Methodist Physicians Clinic (Methodist Women's Hospital Medical Office Building - 192Dodge)

Overall not a bad experience through my pregnancy. But…I feel like an inconvenience every time I come to check in for my appointment. I’m not communicated well with anything extra besides my appointments. I’ve been told that the financial person needs to talk to me for months and that’s never happened. They keep asking if I’ve watched my videos and I don’t know what they’re talking about and no one takes the time to explain what they’re talking about. I love Dr Prickett and I know there’s a shortage in staffing and people are tired…but that doesn’t mean let your patients fall between the cracks.
