“This will tell you my experience there in a small summary...After I had my first child there, and went home, two days went by at home, and i cried because I wanted to go back to the hospital, they took really good care of me. The only thing that I regret, is telling the nurse push my legs so far back, after almost 5 years, the pain hasn’t gone away bc she hurt my hips by pushing my legs so much. Everything else was excellent!“

“I couldn't be more satisfied‼ It is very easy to get an appointment. The staff is very professional and always in motion. You never have to wait long. I don't find that they upsell products nearly as much as they should, but I suppose that is because some people might feel they are trying to sell services. Well, dah! The staff and providers are friendly, professional, non-judgmental and willing to answer all your questions. I feel the staff goes out of their way to ensure customers are happy and satisfied with services. They realize every patient is different. Every patient responds differently. Every patient has different compliance with programs and progresses differently. The staff is sensitive to this and tries to help by providing strategies and are encouraging. I've been to both Dodge and Q St. locations and have found both equally excellent.“

“Dr Kelli Shidler is certainly the pediatrician I can trust. She explains based on fact do not hesitate to get the test needed to confirm diagnostic. My 5 kids been with her since she was the emergency pediatrician call at CHI to be there in my emergency C sec. My baby thanks God and her intervention has no complication.“

“I could not recommend this establishment as much as it truly deserves to be acknowledged! From the very beginning, it has been a very positive experience and nothing has changed. We initially came so that my teen could have another outlet in life, as I’m her sole confidant. This is super not cool for teenagers and I get it. Ben was my initial point of contact to get the ball rolling. He could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and just as eager to get us in that we were. Kat was awesome for my daughter’s first visit. Bri then became my daughter’s professional. She is so relatable and my daughter absolutely adores the opportunity to get to see her each and every time. She has aided in making a very visible difference in my daughter’s life all the way around. Her attitude, grades, efforts in life in general and so much more. She’s put a sparkle back into my baby’s eyes. Everything has been so wonderful, I now am ready to take the plunge and have started the process of becoming a client/patient here as well.
