This contractor was very flexible on accommodating the needs I had. They were very prompt on responding and providing a "no-fuss" set of options to deal with my home issues. They didn't try to gouge on pricing or hidden costs. Only complaint was that once the agreement was made, the coordination of activity was missing. Crews and materials would show up with no notice - resulting in materials being dropped in the wrong location and forcing changes to our weekend plans when, "We'll be there Monday" turned into Saturday morning crews showing up. At least they were quick to do the work, but would have been nice to have a little communication.
