Kayl was sent to me through AHS, the tech that came was awesome, easy to talk w/didn’t talk over my head, explained, answered my questions honestly about our older CA unit. Even answered a couple questions I had on my neighbor’s unit. Was told to expect anywhere from 8-10 am, I believe the tech was here around 8:30. Thank you much!

Our heat pump went out when it was 100 + degrees. Kayl got a new unit ordered and put in as soon as possible. The day of the install they were here at 8:00am and were still finishing up at 8:00pm. We are more than happy with our experience with Kayl!!
