They have helped my son (who has ADHD) out tremendously. My son now is on the leadership team, just got his black belt, and helps teaches the class. His goal is to be a Master some day.

Gold Star Martial Arts is a great environment to put your kids into. I started taekwondo at age 3 with the rest of my family and we all had an amazing time. I have made many friendships through this sport, some are even from different states.

I absolutely love the amazing confidence boost this program has given my very shy daughter. She is coming out of her shell! In addition, I've noticed the discipline and focus that the program provides those in need of it. 10 out of 10, I would recommend this to EVERYONE. (Plus, the owners are incredibly kind people.)
