Very long wait times. There are many chairs but very few stylists work at any given time. My last wait time was 45 min with only 2 people inside. I love the fact that they have an app that you can check in with and see the wait time and your place in real-time. This helps with the long wait days.

I usually love this place. Last time I went my hair (front) was cut too short. Didn't notice till I want home and tried to style it. But other than that I like them. Great friendly staff. Clean and great to talk with.

I didn't have an appointment, I wanted my hair trimmed and washed. I only had to wait 10 minutes and the lady that cut my hair did a great job I have very long hair and I want 4" taken off, she did a great job when. When I get my hair washed it is relaxing to me. She washed my hair and slowly messaged my scalp by the time she was done I didn't have a care in the world.
