Customer service, Jake, in particular was not professional what so ever. They were completely rude, after having an estimate done on Thursday by Friday they tried to make me feel bad for not following through by stating ‘they already bought the product’ even though they said they were going to start this project later in October. They continued to hassle me saying that if the product was dropped off we should tell them not to leave it at the driveway because it would cost him more. Seems very quick to say that 8 hours after we spoke that they would already have someone coming out with this product before they could cancel it when I called them at 8 in the morning.... read full review

I couldn't be happier with the work done by Legacy Landscape!! They completed the work on time and on budget in a professional manner with no surprises along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to enhance the beauty of their property
