Air conditioner was shaking and making noise. Called Trico and talked with Anna, told her we'd like to make an appointment to have it checked out and fixed. She asked me to hold for a moment, then came back and said she had a tech that could be at the house to look at it in about 35 minutes. Tech Zac shows up, diagnoses the problem and orders parts. Gets the parts the same day and returns and the A/C is working like a charm.\nGreat customer service, polite and effective technician, couldn't be happier. Was told by another AC company to call Trico since I had an older Carrier AC unit... Called during the latter part of the day.. My AC had been out for 7 days...They arrived after hours the same day I called. Paid for after hours support...They were not able to repair my A/C unit.. Did not have the specific parts for my unit.. So, they returned the following day (with parts) to repair it. Technicians were friendly,courteous, and professional. Unit has been running extremely well since. Will do business again......
Trico worked with us years ago when we needed a new furnace, but also needed a budget friendly financing plan. I arranged it over the phone, setting the amount that we could affford to put down and how much we could pay monthly! It went smoothly!
Since then, we have called them for preventive maintenance and minor issues. Since we did not replace the humidifier at the time we had the new furnace installed, we had to replace it a couple of years ago... again, no problem!
They are truly a family friendly company.
