They got me in quick when other clinics wanted me to wait over a month. The ability to submit insurance and do intake paperwork on-line made it super easy and convenient to fit an appt into my busy work schedule. The staff were all so very kind, explained everything they were doing and I got to see technology I did not even know existed yet. I feel my exam and cleaning were very thorough and I have a lot of confidence in this clinic.
I had such a positive experience going there for the first time. Dr. Karloff was wonderful along with his staff! I was in a lot of pain and even though I was not an existing patient they took me the same day and resolved my problem. I would recommend Summit Plaza Dental to anyone!
Everyone was super informative and answered all my questions. I have super high anxiety because of past experiences at the dentist and they were very helpful in calming me down and making sure I was okay.
