On Labor Day my main sewer line got clogged. I called another plumbing company and they said they'd send someone out, but they had trouble getting ahold of him. After I waited for hours, he finally called me and said he was on his way, then called back saying his truck had stalled so he couldn't come over after all. In desperation I called Roto Rooter and they sent Cameron out and he fixed the problem, and I saved at least $100 over what the other company would have charged. In the future, I'll be calling Roto Rooter.
We had a drain in the basement that was clogged, so I contacted Roto-Rooter in Bellevue, and they were here within 30 minutes of my call, and problem solved shortly thereafter. I was very pleased with the service I received and the technician that did the work. Thank you Roto-Rooter!
Roto rooter was fantastic! Great communicating and service, especially Jed. He walked us thru every step of the way during a very stressful water leak that spanned 2 bathrooms and a family room underneath. The communication was great even between Jed and our insurance adjuster. They completed the water mitigation and demo quickly and were available to answer questions on a daily basis with super quick responses. 10/10 recommend!!!
