I have had many massages at Osaka but have never read the reviews or left a review. I was pretty horrified by some of the reviews I just read. I've had a great massage every time. The place is clean and the therapists always do their best to get all the knots. Yes the therapists don't have great english but the prices are great and I can always get in. I don't pay or tip in advance. But I have been to many Asian massage places and when you're a new client some will ask for payment in advance because they don't want to end up giving you a free massage.
