It's super busy so people are understandably frustrated. But should realize how fortunate it is to have resources like this for lower income people. Should be as understanding as possible.
The physician and all the other staff members have in my experience, been attentive, passionate, insightful based on the information they were able to derive from the patient and genuine.
Reception staff is always courteous and fast. Very little wait time. Dr. Howe is probably the best PC Physician I've ever had. He's not only extremely professional, but actually takes time to listen, to get to know you, your underlying health concerns, as well as taking time to explain causes and treatments.
