Nebraska Medicine Immediate Care Clinic at Bellevue Health Center

Hours posted states they close at 9:45. When I walked in at 9:26 they stated they aren’t seeing any more patients and was turned away. If the actual time you stop taking patients is earlier please chase the business hours to reflect it as such.

Immediate, LOL. Checked in 7:40pm, left at 10:00pm quickest visit yet. The staff are nice, but seems like there just aren't enough. Also billing department regularly screws up and then I have to play tag w/ NE Medicine and Tricare. Nah. There are other options in Bellevue.

The staff was fine. The nurse practitioner that treated me was great. Now for the rest of the story. I had injured my leg and had a nasty deep cut. My husband drove up to the entrance to let me out and went to park the car. At the desk was a young woman asking the usual covid questions and instructed me to go to the second floor. I said I was waiting for my husband. Then an another woman walked up to the desk. The woman said "no visitors" and I clarified he was to help me as I was limping when I came in.
