I started PT at Innovate in early July for chronic pain that I had dealt with for so long that I figured there probably wasn't much to be done. The wonderful people at Innovate listened to my laundry list of concerns and set out to help me get my life back. Every session was tailored not only toward meeting my long-term goals but also to what was going on from one day to the next, if one area needed more attention or if another needed to rest.
