Amazing service and friendly staff. My therapist truly helped alleviate my pain, understand the cause of my pain, and strengthen my muscles to prevent future injury. Plus, she was patient, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Innovate to anyone that needs physical therapy!
Jennifer is a great therapist! She demonstrated exercises and provided copies as well as internet access to them at each session. I have improved my quality of life as a result of this therapy.

I came to Innovate PT for treatment after a herniated disc in my neck. My physical therapist Jen was so knowledgeable and kind.
