“I waited far too long to schedule haircuts for myself and my daughter because the highly-rated placed we went to after moving here butchered both of us. In a big way. I finally took the dive and scheduled with Emma. She absolutely transformed our hair. She immediately recognized and then fixed the major issues with both of our styles. She communicated with my daughter through every step (she went from bum-length to above the shoulder & fixed bangs that didn't blend at all on the sides even after almost a year of growth), and she was sure to make the experience comfortable. The previous business rushed our separate stylists relentlessly, coming over multiple times to let them know the next client was waiting. The allotted time slots were already far too short, and then I was left stressing that our haircuts would be rushed through....that's what happened. My daughter did not get the full experience she was promised, to include the style that was discussed. She was passed on to another stylist who didn't do what we were promised while everyone was stressed and ruining the pampered vibe. Not with Emma---she absolutely worked with ease and had us in our own little bubble. I told her what we wanted with subpar terminology, and she took off with my ideas and killed it while also offering advice. My daughter's hair especially looks exponentially better (her bangs were cut far too thick and the sides did not blend into her longer hair whatsoever. It would sometimes give cute Stevie Nicks vibes, but it wasn't great or what she'd wanted. Her bangs desperately needed to appear lighter and more...dainty? Emma waved a magic wand & completely met my daughter's hair goals. So anyway, if you’re seeing another nearby business that also has nearly 5-star ratings and you’re trying to decide where to go, this place is the one. I've had multiple bad experiences with the nearby business after giving them multiple chances. I know I'm laying heavy on an entirely different experience, but I'm just hoping to encourage others who are scared to trust another business/stylist after a traumatic cut at a place that was supposed to be great. I know we've all been there at least once...“

“Brylee does an excellent job on my nails. I came from another salon and what a difference! She asks me how I want my nails done and she makes sure I am happy with them. I enjoy our time together.“
