We have used Carpet Pro for 10+ years and are totally satisfied with them in every way. Professional cleaning, prompt service, quality work.\nOur humidifier hose in the basement plugged up and totally saturated part of our basement carpet a real soggy mess. I called Marc on a Sunday morning and he came out extracted the water from our carpet and since he was here cleaned the rest of the carpet in the house all at a very reasonable cost. What a great company to deal with. First class people and first class work.

Marc serviced 2 basement floodings since we've been at our residence. He is punctual, personable, and made sure to help fit our emergency in his schedule when he had another job to finish upon calling. Bless his heart. He doesn't skip a beat and his work is much appreciated. Highly recommend this guy.

I had my carpets cleaned this morning and I am beyond thrilled! Mark was able to save my old gross carpet, clean up my couch and revive my rug!!! He is so friendly, and his work speaks for itself!
