We have used Carpet Pro for 10+ years and are totally satisfied with them in every way. Professional cleaning, prompt service, quality work. Our humidifier hose in the basement plugged up and totally saturated part of our basement carpet a real soggy mess. I called Marc on a Sunday morning and he came out extracted the water from our carpet and since he was here cleaned the rest of the carpet in the house all at a very reasonable cost. What a great company to deal with. First class people and first class work.
