Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning cleaned up after a flooded basement and was anything but fast. 1 hour drying time turned into 5 days! We were told that it would cost $1,000-2,000 but the bill was over $3,700! On top of that Deb called at least once a day and sometimes twice asking when she was going to get a check. This might be understandable but we had only received the bill 2 weeks earlier! Very unprofessional!!! I would avoid Heaven's Best if possible!!!
We bought a new home and before we moved in we had them clean our carpets. They do a fantastic job and are easy to work with. Owners are the best! Thanks again
