I called the Todd Valley office yesterday morning as I realized I had no heat and freezing weather was approaching soon. Despite a busy schedule, they were able to quickly dispatch a really knowledgeable and helpful technician (Mike!) who was able to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately there were MULTIPLE issues affecting my house, including a lack of sufficient power (which is shockingly necessary to run a furnace!), a clogged drain and more (super fun day). Within a few hours I had power, heat and a clear drain. Mike was so great. I now have a very trusted person nearby. I think these guys are great!!
