“On Monday of this week, Chad came from Empire Electric to do an estimate for installing a ceiling fan in our dining area. Samantha, the office receptionist was able to set up the actual installation for a week and a half later. She called yesterday and moved our appointment up by a whole week. Two nice gentlemen, Chad and Will, from Empire Electric came to our home today to do the installation. They were very quick and communicated along the way about any changes or choices in the installation. Our fan looks great and works perfectly! We were even given an Empire coffee mug full of goodies as a "Thank You" gift. Our thanks go to the technicians and staff of Empire Electric.
