I had another company that was servicing our HVAC at the commercial office bldg we own. I tired of their inability to analyze and make repairs efficiently. I gave Kyle with Selid Plumbing and Heating a call and he showed up immediately, assessed the problem with an AC ordered the parts needed , had them in a few days and was there that day. He had it running and it’s been working great ever since! Highly recommend Selid!

Old water heater was leaking and soaking the basement. Everyone in town was a week out to fix, including themselves. . They prioritize. Water heater was installed in about an hr. Awsome!!

Your job was where? I've worked with him on several jobs, and he's very knowledgeable, and demands things are done correctly to code. I think you must not have known what YOU had, and couldn't explain to him what your needs were. Usually people who are shopping for a fireplace, know what their dimensions are, have a pretty good idea of how many square feet they have to heat, and the size heater they want. If you go in trying to explain your needs without articulating any of these requirements, no one will be able to help you. Also, if you aren't aware, the heaters you described are expensive to install. I had one installed when I came from, and the price was on par with what you're talking about here, so you need to know they aren't trying to rip you off. The installs must be done correctly or you DIE! Plus, they have to warranty the installation. I hope you were able to get yours done to your satisfaction. Just remember, there are many facets to a job like this, and every job is different.
