Giving 4 stars because of the reminders which are only sent out 1 hour before the scheduled appointment and I ended up missing 2 because of that. If they could do a reminder the day before and/or the hour before that would help so much. I felt as if I was scolded for missing the first one when I called to schedule again. I also had 2 newborns when I missed my first one so was running on hardly any sleep plus a thyroid disease so I could have forgotten everything that I had just done the day before. Want to go back I just don't like to feel the shame with forgetting when I really didn't mean to miss the appointments“
