My daughter recently had appendicitis. We were seen promptly in the ER, which was a quick and efficient visit. The surgeon Dr. Anderson and CRNA Ryan did great! I appreciated that they spoke to her and explained what was happening, even though she is a young teen, and not just me, her nurse mom. She was quite nervous and having them reassure her was amazing. Our nurse once we got to the floor was also very attentive as well. All in all I am thankful for the prompt care in the setting of a nerve wracking situation.
