Becky was an awesome coach for us first timers!
As a person who suffers from foot problems and shin splints, [solidcore] is a godsend. It is by far the most fun and most intense low-impact high-intensity workout I have found. It can be intimidating trying out a new group fitness place, but the coaches and clients at [solidcore] go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and encouraged. Every move has a modification and amplifications to make them accessible weather it’s your first workout or you hundredth workout. [solidcore] is my happy place!
Oh... My. 5 stars! (5 star coach, 5 star facilities, 5 star equipment, and 5 star community!) WOW!!! Becky just gave me the best workout of my life!! If you think you’re fit, please!!!, go check out solidcore off of Sheyenne and have Becky push you in new ways to be your absolute best in a fun, supportive, party-like environment! It’s so easy to find yourself easing up at the end of sets or the end of your workout in your standard box gyms without a workout buddy and leaving said gym with more in the tank. (or not doing those extra 3 reps that you know you could do, but you’re afraid of the pain or just want that pain to end) This is IMPOSSIBLE at solidcore (gotta love that MAX TENSION!) - you will leave hobbling with nothing left in the tank but still wanting more! (Even if, like me, you can’t keep up with the other solidcore rockstars in the room) I thought my standard heavy PPL was tough, how about slow and controlled movements for nearly an hour?!? This is a workout for EVERYBODY!! To be taken at your own pace! I know today’s workout will help me get back to my usual 🏋️♂️ with more control, stability, and confidence in my bad shoulder.
