$260 for clearing a hair clog in a bathroom sink, he was there for 15 minutes tops...after rescheduling more than once (which we had to do all the communication). No itemized receipt, no receipt period.
5 Stars all day long. Our water heater died in a dangerous way and wasn’t safe to use. Skooter quoted me over the phone after I sent him some pictures he asked for. Honored his quote. Fast, professional work. Courteous and communicative. Cleaned up after himself even the wet rags that weren’t from him. Triple checked his work. Hauled off the old water heater. Skooter earned my business for future plumbing endeavors.
Very personable and were able to fit me into their very busy holiday schedule. Great communication when they had to reschedule the next day. Did a very nice job fixing my shower and cleaned up very well after they were done! Will be a returning customer!
