We have had a very mild Winter. Of course on a "snow day" our furnace goes out. Joe came to our house by 9AM, he replaced the motor and the furnace was working great. Off to work I go. When I came home it was chilly in the house. I went to the thermostat and it was weird. Called again and Devin came out. He replaced the broken thermostat, when it rains, it pours. Both of these guys were extremely professional. Joe lives out of town and came in on a crappy weather day and Devin came after 5. We appreciate you guys. KUDOS to both of you! Once again Precision came through for us. Highly recommend.

James came out today to replace a garbage disposal that was shot and leaking. He did a great job taking care of what was needed to get done and we definitely appreciate how quickly he got out here to fix it.

Precision went above and beyond my expectations. The toilet leaked after installation, and Precision came back. They found out the toilet bowl was defective. The plumber they sent took the time to return the bowl to the dealer, fill out the necessary paper work at the dealer, bring back a new bowl and install it. He then spent additional time testing the new bowl over and over to make sure it did not leak. We have always used Precision for our plumbing and heating needs and will continue to do so.Service: Toilet installation
