“I recently underwent physical therapy treatment with Joshua Still PT, DPT (and initially with Ben Giese PT, DPT-then a student) at Total Balance for a complicated completely torn (and retracted) rotator cuff. They got me in on a day when I had just been told by an Orthopedic Surgeon I was not a candidate for surgery and would need to live with some chronic pain. As a physician who has needed care over several decades for elbows, wrists, herniated discs, etc, I was blown away by my experience at this office. It was like no other in the FM area. Dr Still performed a comprehensive diagnostic exam, having reviewed all my prior clinical history (which I provided). He remained--from beginning of treatment through end-- very interested in all of my concerns and addressed each one in turn, in a manner I could understand. He is a thorough and meticulous professional with a pleasant bedside manner, who imparts complete confidence in his treatment plan. The result has been significant improvement in strength and mobility along with complete remission of pain (at the beginning I needed assistance putting on my clothes). The quality of care and positive outcomes I experienced were well worth the investment! The Total Balance atmosphere is warm and friendly. The facility offers a range of services, is always clean and equipped with modern equipment. The staff are friendly and willing to answer questions. They accommodate busy schedules. The cost is reasonable and they work directly with insurance making the process smooth overall. They completely bridge the gap between any rehabilitation and wellness goals. I continue to very highly recommend Joshua Still PT, DPT (and Ben Giese PT, DPT 😊) and Total Balance to family and friends and anyone in need of physical therapy.“
“Massages are truly the lifeline to my heart. I hold my stress in my muscles in a very unhealthy way. I have sprained my neck a good 10 times resulting in a neck brace. I over tense and hold my muscles. I have found that going in for routine massages have a massive impact on my over all health both physically and mentally. I have went to Inspire for years and they are always easy to book and friendly.Thank you for helping me continue to take care of others by first taking care of myself.“
“Doctors take their time and listen closely to their patient's needs. Did not push opioids and take insurance. no sketchy people in the office or mingling in the parking lot like you see in south Florida.“
“I’ll be honest, I was super skeptical of the idea of Occupational Therapy being beneficial to my toddler. I was so wrong! My daughter went from crying/refusing to eat all evening after daycare, to being totally fine transitioning and even excelling in her speech and communication from it. She absolutely loved her therapy sessions with “Miss Ashley” and was really sad when she graduated- she will miss her terribly!! Thanks for everything Pediatric Partners!“
“The facility is very clean and well equipped. The staff friendly and very knowledgeable. My experience was very helpful. I will be back!“
“I am very thankful for my Physical Therapy that I had there. Dr. Charbonneau was extremely good and did what was necessary and more to regain movement after having complete shoulder replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone!“
“My sister is a temporary resident there. While visiting with her she told me that most of the staff is very nice and after being in my sister’s room for 3 hours I must say that I agree with my sisters opinion. My sister is in there due to several broken ribs, a bad back and she also has RA. She is confined to a wheelchair. She can be difficult to please at times due to the tremendous pain she lives with and now with broken ribs I can’t imagine the pain she endures everyday. Her sons purchased a recliner for her to help relieve the pressure on her ribs, from sitting slouched over in a wheelchair 18 hours a day, but was told she wasn’t allowed to have the chair there. She cried and cried as the recliner had given her ribs so much relief. I’m extremely disappointed that this facility whose purpose is to help people heal would take this away from her. It was a new leather/ not fabric chair, also in her condition, she could never get out of the chair herself without help. I understand that each facility is bound by rules and regulations, but my goodness that chair was a life saver to her and was told that it had to go. How would y’all feel if this were your elderly mother in pain? Or better yet how would y’all feel if this was you living in constant daily pain and the only thing that gave you relief was taken away from you? This chair, in my opinion was a MUST for her healing. THINK ABOUT IT!!“
“Had neck pain and migranes every night for many years. after some rehabilitation, and treatments at balance migranes are few and far between.“
