    I Had some type of injury to my lower back from not stretching before exercising. Ice, ibuprofen , heat— nothing relieved the discomfort.I Went to Chris ( my first experience with a massage )… it completely resolved my pain— not to mention was very relaxing massage. I Highly recommend Chris!!

    I’m from out of town, but Chris was able to fit me in for a 90 minute massage and I was very happy with the results! I feel great and hope to squeeze in another massage before I leave for home! Super professional and finds all the knots!
