Massages are truly the lifeline to my heart. I hold my stress in my muscles in a very unhealthy way. I have sprained my neck a good 10 times resulting in a neck brace. I over tense and hold my muscles. I have found that going in for routine massages have a massive impact on my over all health both physically and mentally.
