I had hail damage on my roof and called 3 roofers for estimates. One never called me. One called me 2 weeks later, but Hancock came within one day, and I had my roof installed within a week. Very professional installation and was completed in one day. Jeorge explained the quote very well, and everything happened exactly as he said. Honest and quality work.
Leaving this review for the awesome encounter I had with the owner, Riley. Being from out of town we caught ourselves in a pickle when our vehicle didn’t start outside a restaurant. He was kind enough to take the time to help us out and get us on our way! So kind, genuine, and the kind of people this world needs more of. Riley was great in assisting us with our insurance claim and helping us get ready for his workers to arrive. His crew was beyond excellent.
