Kevin came out to my house on an emergency call on a holiday, he was there in half an hour and he diagnosed the problem right and cleared my blockage, he pointed me in the right direction to have it fixed for the long run and provided city officials the information they needed. I’ve been experiencing sewer back up from trees roots for almost 20 years. Every year I have to call a plumber to “clear” the roots out.After seeing these guys on TV talking about FREE sewer inspections, I chose to take advantage of the service.Kevin and one of his technicians (Tyler I believe) ran a fancy camera through my sewer and showed me why my sewer was backing up every year — the drain “cleaners” had only been poking a tiny hole through root balls that Kevin said were almost the size of a volleyball! I highly recommend Drain Services! Kevin came out on a Saturday to look at the issue and started working right away on a Sunday to get it done as quick as they could.
